Fundraisers

The CSPA holds several annual fundraisers that raise funds for many of the extras that make the Country School experience so rich and varied. All these fundraisers are staffed entirely by parent volunteers and they are a great way to meet other parents and get involved in the school.

Gift-Wrap Sale
The annual gift-wrap sale is held in the fall. Innisbrook gift-wraps, related accessories, unique gift items, gourmet chocolates and more may be ordered and will be delivered to the school before Thanksgiving. Orders may also be placed on-line at innisbrook.com.

Rummage Sale
The annual Fall Rummage Sale is held in October. It is a chance for families to rid themselves of unused articles that have been collecting dust and taking up precious space. At the same time, the sale provides a chance for the community to purchase items at bargain prices! A variety of items are sold, including children's clothing, furniture, housewares, toys and books. Pick-up service is provided for large items. All items that are not sold are distributed to various community organizations and charities.

Book Fairs
The fall Book Fair offers a variety of hardback and paperback books as well as selected book-themed gift items. Orders are taken for hardback books, and they will arrive in time for holiday giving. They may also be donated to the library with the donor's name written on a bookplate. Paperbacks are sold “cash & carry.”

The spring Book Fair sells mainly paperback books, but also has some hard covers, posters and gift items. A portion of the proceeds from both book fairs goes directly to the library.

Gala and Auction
The Gala Dinner/Auction is the Parents' Association's largest fund raiser. Parents and local businesses donate wonderful items, trips and packages to be sold in both silent and live auctions. Fabulous food, music and atmosphere make for a grand evening. This event is not only a great way to raise money, but it also is a good opportunity for parents to socialize with each other outside of school.

Flower Market
The April Flower Market celebrates the arrival of spring. Annuals, perennials, herbs and vegetables, and garden related gift items fill the school with the promise of sunshine and summer.

Uniform Resale Shop
The Uniform Resale Shop, located in the CSPA office, offers gently used Land's End clothing at great prices!  Parents may donate gently used clothing at any time throughout the year.

Lands End Gift Certificates
Lands’ End gift cards are available in the main office in $50 and $100 denominations. These cards can be used for any Lands’ End catalog purchase (on-line, over the phone or through the mail) and have a 15% return for the CSPA. If you choose not to purchase gift cards, please mention our Preferred School Number (9000-8877-4) when ordering so we can earn 3% of your total order from the Lands’ End School Catalog.

Target Cards

Target has a rewards program called Take Charge of Education. The CSPA will receive a percentage of each Target purchase made when you use either the Target REDcard VISA or REDcard check cashing card. Although enrollment applications are available at www.target.com/tcoe, you must mail in or take your completed form to a Target store. Our school identification number is 7966.

Spirit Wear

Show your cougar spirit by wearing our spirit wear. Go to www.ourlogostore.com and click on “The Country School, Easton” under the letter “T”. This is a great way to support our school. The CSPA will receive 10% of each purchase.

OneCause

OneCause offers cash for our school when purchasing from popular retailers on their website. Almost every retailer participates, including Amazon, Wal-Mart, Nordstrom, Lands' End and eBay. In order to register, go to their website and click “join”. You must then complete the simple online form and designate The Country School for contributions. Once you join, anytime you access OneCause and make a purchase from a participating retailer, the CSPA will receive a percentage of your order. You can also install the OneCause Toolbar. By installing this Toolbar, you can go directly to your favorite retail website and OneCause will alert you if the merchant is a OneCause participant. Most merchants do participate in this Toolbar program although not everyone does. Also with the Toolbar installation, the school will receive $.02 for every search using the Yahoo search engine. OneCause will not sell or distribute your personal information.

Box Tops for Education

The CSPA participates in Box Tops for Education. Clip the Box Top logo off of hundreds of products that you use daily and bring them to school. Most Box Tops are valued at $.10. Although this amount does not seem like much, it adds up throughout the year. A collection box is located inside the front door.
