Students will participate in multiple service learning projects where they will experience giving back to the community we live in. Each advisory has a different activity or project.

    Winter Carnival for Preschoolers

    Main Building - Field House - FLDH
    Bring your 2-5-year-old(s) to our Field House to meet our 
    Kindergarten teachers, play fun carnival games, win prizes, and enjoy face painting, snacks, and take-home goodie bags. Bring a scooter to zip around in our Scooter Zone and play with our hula hoops, pogo sticks, basketballs, and other equipment. It’s the perfect way to spend a winter morning and take home a tired toddler!

    This event is complimentary for families with 2-5-year-olds interested in learning more about Kindergarten at The Country School.   • 2nd Grade field trip to the Baltimore Aquarium

    Baltimore, MD
    Both Mrs. Brooks & Mrs. Cranwell's classes will be travelling by charter bus to the Baltimore Aquarium. The students will learn about aquatic animals and their environment. This will include their unit on Chesapeake Bay creatures. They will complete journal entries and have discussions regarding their observations.
  • 1st Grade HOHO to Christ Church & St. Marks Pre-Schools

    Lower School - Helping Others, Helping Ourselves. Students will travel by school bus to Christ Church Day School & St. Marks Pre-Schools. They will participate in a pre-teaching project & journal story where they will experience giving back to the community we live in.
