MAIN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Main Office Administrator is the primary, welcoming face of the school at the entrance to the building, directing telephone calls and visitors as they arrive. The Main Office Administrator provides a variety of administrative services to multiple constituencies of the School and reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Head of School.
Serve as the primary contact for all visitors and is the parent-student liaison.
Monitor campus traffic to help School Security identify and intercept unplanned visitors.
Greet vendors and contractors and receive all outside deliveries.
Distribute incoming mail daily.
Serve as the primary telephone operator and entry system monitor.
Enter attendance changes in StarNet and SchoolPass as students arrive and depart during the school day.
Use SchoolPass to keep track of student and faculty sign-outs.
Page students being picked up by parents during the school day.
Receive notification of non-medical issues from teachers and staff via phone or email and determine initial response and who to involve in troubleshooting.
Maintain and update the outdoor sign in consultation with the CSPA President and the Head of School.
Maintain and manage student files in DOMA by scanning student records, entering Parent Conference reports, and other files as assigned including admissions records.
Maintain current parent contact information, especially emergency contact information, in StarNet.
Input all event information into the School Calendar via StarNet.
Schedule parent meetings for teachers and Division Heads as requested.
Use content from the Weekly Newsletter to create internal TV slides.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations for the Business Office.
Obtain Medication Technician Certification.
A High School graduate with a College Degree preferred but not required
Previous experience working with children in a camp or school setting
CPR/First Aid Training
Available to work afternoons from 3:15-5:30, Mon.-Thurs. and 12:45 - 5:30 on Fridays.
Goals: The Director of Aftercare provides a safe, enriching, and fun environment for students outside of school hours. The program is sponsored by the school and the program director’s job is to ensure the safety of the children, design appropriate activities, and document the progress of the program.
Staff Aftercare with two teachers daily.
Maintain accurate student roster for check-in and check-out.
Buy and prepare snacks and drinks for easy distribution.
Provide movie and popcorn on Fridays.
Plan arts and crafts projects and have supplies readily available.
Keep games, puzzles, and other materials organized and easy to find.
Complete attendance/absence sheets and billing sheets and email to Business Office.
