Pre-Kindergarten at The Country School

The Country School's Pre-Kindergarten program is for children who have turned 4 before the first day of school. Our admissions operate on a rolling basis and we accept applications for any grade at any time. Because Pre-K fills quickly, we recommend submitting an application as soon as possible.

About Our Program

Just as we tell our Kindergarten parents, young children learn best by doing. An effective learning environment results from a balance of hands-on, playful discovery and directed instruction. Varying levels of ability, development, and learning styles are both accepted and expected in Pre-K, and our expert teachers are skilled at and passionate about ensuring that each student has the best possible experience.

Because we have rolling admissions, families may complete an application at any time. Simply choose your child's entering year and grade, complete the application, and pay the $60 fee. Our Admissions Office will be in touch right away to discuss next steps.
