Coffee in the Courtyard

By: Annie Hasselgren
Parent of PK, 1st, and 2nd grade students gathered in our newly-renovated courtyard today.
Jean Brune (Interim Head) and Elizabeth Hackett (Advancement Director) welcomed the parents of students in grades PK, 1, and 2 this morning for coffee and a first glimpse at our beautiful, newly-renovated courtyard. This project, headed by Mabel Williams (Chief Operating Officer), was funded by the Moorman family in honor of Charlie Mufson, and the Country School Parents' Association.

This multi-use space received a significant upgrade from its prior status as the Ecology Deck. A massive pergola, native plantings, and our Patron Brick Walkway are just some of the changes made possible by the generosity of the Moorman family and our CSPA.

More Coffees in the Courtyard are to come:

3rd and 4th Grades - Tuesday 11/2
5th and 6th Grades - Tuesday 11/9
Kindergarten, 7th, and 8th Grades - Tuesday 11/16

We hope to see you there!
