TCHD Flu Shot Clinic
The nurses from the Talbot County Health Department will be in the assembly room from 8:40-11:55 am on Monday, October 29th to administer FREE flu shots to students. The shots are available to ALL students. Students in grades K-5 must have a parent present at time of vaccination. All paperwork/permissions forms must be complete prior to Thursday, October 25 to be eligible. For more information please contact Ms. Fogg in the main office.
